Abstract E-services projects have been successfully implemented and adopted in many countries worldwide. China, one of the developing countries, has also transitioning itself into this e-services structure. The success such an effort depends not only on support government but citizens’ readiness to accept these services, a central feature. For advanced nations, studies classify acceptance features e-services, for emerging research works are less; where adoption is actually stumpy as compared developed there few available Chinese context, aimed at addressing gap. In study about e-service adoption, among technology models, further modification original “Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology” (UTAUT) suggested used order check its credibility validity context.
